This simple shake recipe is brilliant for balancing hormones, resolving hormonal symptoms

Ingredients:

1 scoop protein powder*

1 tbs chai seeds

1 tbs flaxseeds

1 tbs yoghurt

A piece of fruit

1 tbs flaxseed oil

Water to the maximum line


Method:

Simply put all the ingredients into a blender, belong till smooth and enjoy :)





Suggestions


Drink smoothie 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off continually until the symptoms have gone. The best time to begin for PMS is on the first day after a period.
